Our first fully en-suite student house; Standean Close was completed in Summer 2021. This 6-bed house is simply lovely with a great communal area, perfect for cooking and chilling out.
Bought as a 4-bed student house in 2018 this was a spacious, but tired house. The plan had always been to renovate in 2020 but lockdown led to us scaling back plans for that year and postponing. This house was worth the wait. It now has 6 double bedrooms, each with bespoke furniture, a high spec finish and it's own ensuite shower room. We believe students deserve quality accommodation in which they can study hard and relax as needed so the details really matter to us. We hope you'll agree we've met both of those goals - our tenants are certainly very happy here.
