Why Portslade
In 2021, a group of our tenants told us they drove, every day, from one of our houses in Moulscombe to Portslade to study "as there just aren't any decent students houses over that side of town" and an idea was born. A few months later, we found a large, very loved but seriously dated house that we knew could be perfect as a large student let once reconfigured and we decided to take the risk on a new area.
Luxury and Space
Student housing isn't what it used to be so we decided we would go all out for a high end finish. What we bought as a very large, dated, 4 bed house is now a spacious, 8-bed, all ensuite house with large kitchen, separate utility, lounge/diner and a large conservatory. With this number of people in one house, we were careful to provide as much chilling out space and sound proofing as we could. We're really pleased with the end result and hope our new tenants are very happy there.
