Bought in 2016, this project has converted an existing 4 bed house into a 2-bed flat plus a 2-bed maisonette and then built the whole thing again next door creating 4 high spec 2-bed units. The project completed by Summer 2019 and was a fantastic project with lots of learning points along the way. We're really pleased with the results and all four units were rented out off plan.
