Our first professional HMO, Isabel Crescent was bought as a run down 2 bed house with a truly retro (as in ancient) bathroom. This house, although it had been lived in up to purchase, was deemed unrentable and mortgage was refused at purchase. A huge project was run on this to extend up and out creating a really spacious, high spec, 6-bed, 5 bathroom house. The builders on this job were fantastic, working diligently to get it completed speedily and to keep disruption to the fantastic neighbours to a minimum.
With each new project we raise the bar higher. The kitchen in this house is designed to be perfect for shared accommodation with 2 hobs, and 2 full size ovens and the living space is large with dedicated lounging and dining spaces.
On the house itself, we've installed solar water panels to reduce the carbon impact and soundproofing is now fitted as standard on all new projects.
Bespoke furniture has been made for each of the bedrooms to give a perfect space for relaxing and working.
