Bought as a seriously tired 4-bed HMO, it took vision and determination to turn it into this high-end 6-bed student house. Converted in 2019, the first group of tenants stayed until graduation in 2022, really making it their home. We hope all tenants are as happy here.
We know not everyone wants to live in large groups so we have this lovely, homely 4-bed house close to Varley Halls in Coldean. Re-configured and refurbished from a very tired 2 bed this house has a great, welcoming feel.
