We are a family business, with a growing team, focused on changing the face of property management in Brighton. We get involved in all aspects of property management, from buying houses through managing all the planning red-tape and undertaking the renovations, right through to letting them out. We can even help you to get involved in investing in property via one of our fully managed projects.

We make it easy. Whether you are an existing landlord, looking for property management and guaranteed returns without the hassle, or an investor thinking about making your first foray into property investment, we are keen to hear from you to see if we can work together.
Who we are
Helen and John Wright. One of us Brighton born and bred, the other a firm convert. We’re raising our own three children in the city, and have always been passionate about property. We have many years (and many houses-worth) of experience. Read more about us.
